Stryve is committed to offering quality products. Our goal is to ensure that our products meet or exceed your expectations on quality. If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of your protein snacks bought online, we’ll replace the item or provide you with a refund.

Replacements or Refunds

For unsatisfactory perishable items ordered online, you may request a replacement or refund by emailing customerservice@stryvefoods.com with your order number, date of arrival and reason that you are dissatisfied with the item. Our quality control team will require photographs of the issue for their records. Please properly dispose of perishable items and do not send them to us in the mail.

If your request a refund, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
